KURWA RUBBER has compression as well as vacuum moulding facility to produce quality rubber components to suit client’s specific requirement as per their drawings or samples. Our output quality is of a very precision product, for every item manufactured. The zero tolerances of our products are widely accepted by many OEM’s and Industries across the Globe. The rubber components can also be designed and prototyped by us in various regular grades of Rubber as well as specially formulated elastomers such as Silicone, Viton (FKM), Polyacrylic, PU, HNBR, XNBR etc.
All our components can be manufactured & supplied in various colours required by the actual user.
Our Size range for moulding of components as well as moulds is from 3mm section to 1200mm section and thickness ranging from 1mm to 400mm.
We specialise in manufacturing moulded sections of Gaskets, O-Rings, Seals upto 15000mm in diameter or lengths specifically used in Marine, Nuclear and Aerospace Industry.
